Clean hotel, the staff was super-friendly and very welcoming.
The room was extremely spacious - thoroughly enjoyed the clean bathroom. The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location, minutes from a bus stop. Moreover, it was not too far away from an expansive public park.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is a short walk away from the city center and the beautiful waterfront area. Being close to the bus station also makes it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms are well-decorated and cozy, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is helpful and the service provided is commendable.
There were a few cleanliness issues, such as finding a trash can that had not been emptied from the previous guest and some stray hairs under the pillow upon arrival.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided detailed instructions for self check-in via WhatsApp. The facility was clean and professional, with a helpful housekeeper. The location was central, close to the city center, bus station, and food options. There was also a small market across the street.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.
